4 Girlz And A Mom business hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5 EST. Any orders placed after 5pm will be counted on the following business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier. Shipments within the U.S. range from 3-5 business days depending on the efficiency of the shipping courier. We offer First Class USPS and Priority USPS shipping at checkout for all U.S. orders. All orders will be packed and fulfilled in the order in which they are placed. Orders will be processed 7-10 business days from the day the order was placed.  

All sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS! We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package. To be eligible for a replacement item your product(s) MUST have been defected during shipping. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item(s) in order to be eligible for a replacement item(s).
